*Delivery – Starting at $100 each way within a 50 mile radius of Mechanicsburg, PA which includes delivery and pickup once the event is over

Replacement Costs for Damaged/Lost Goods (renter does not get to keep damaged equipment):

  • Boards: $300 (must be replaced in a set)
  • Bag: $75 each (must be replaced in a set)

 

Limit of Liability:

  • Penn Social Cornhole and its representatives are financially responsible only up to the payments and security deposit received from the renter.
  • The renter acknowledges responsibility for safe and civil use of the lawn games by themselves and their guests.
  • The renter and guests indemnify and hold harmless Penn Social Sports from any legal action related to bodily injuries or other incidents.

 

Availability:

  • Penn Social Sports will do its best to ensure equipment availability. If equipment is unavailable due to theft, damage, or other reasons, a refund or alternative option will be offered.
